Cliff notes version: Many are pissed 'cause they're fed up being busting their asses and risking it all to be used as pawns for a bunch of fat cat political agendas, espoused by Bush, Inc. They've been lied to -- and our DoD cost controls limit them to 2 liters of bottled water a day. The rest, they have to buy, which requires them to go into stores. Of course, we're spending 3+ million a day to import oil into Iraq to supply the population and our military and we can't afford to give our soldiers all the water they want.
