Question:
I've been drinking WAY more water than usual. It occurred to me...does anyone else "worry" about the quality of their tap water?

Now the LAST thing I want to do is get spammed with all kind of water filter/MLM/bogus garbage, but....

I live in a major metropolitan area (Seattle). The water *tastes* fine. The water *looks* fine. My ex-husband even works for the water department. He's told me about the *potential* "dangers."

But I'd be interested...when y'all started drinking a LOT more water, did you wonder about it's purity? If so, what did you do about it?

Answer: I buy reverse osmosis water at my grocery. I bought one gallon jugs and fill them, trip after trip, for $.35 each. The water comes from the city tap (full of lime and chemicals, etc...not very good tasting) but the filtering system that the reverse osmosis process uses makes it taste like spring water. On the road, I buy spring water and look at the labels to see where the source is. You can't go by the name or picture on the label...one has a beautiful Rocky Mountain illustration on it and it comes from Pennsylvania! btw...I learned recently that Coke products are made with spring waters, not city tap waters. This from a salesman from a company that sells them waters. All in the quest for uniform quality, I guess!

I buy bottled water since I live in So Cal. Water impurities have been with humanity since the beginning of time, so I try not to ssweat the small stuff.
