Health Benefits Of Drinking Water

Question:
Is water a miracle cure?

Answer: I have been visiting my doctor for years suffering with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, aching joints and stiffness. My doctor would prescribe some medication but could offer no miracle cures for my symptoms. In fact, Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a condition which medical science has yet to find a cure.

However, one night a month ago I was experiencing the most awful contractions in my bowel (intestines) and I couldn't sleep. These were painful and were causing my stomach to bloat. I also felt terribly dehydrated, so I got out of bed to get a drink of water. I drank about a pint of water and didn't go back to bed until an hour later. Drinking the water cured my immediate problem of dehydration and, to my surprise, eased the discomfort in my stomach. After seven hours of sleep I got up out of bed feeling fine.

Later that day, I started to get a recurrence of the Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This was normal for me, but on this occasion I decided to drink water to ease the irritation and discomfort. Again it worked and the pressures in my bowel were relieved.

For the next 2 weeks I drank 4 half-pint glass fulls of pure water every day. Within 2 weeks my Irritable Bowel syndrome disappeared. I couldn't believe it. Not only did my IBS disappear but the discomfort in my aching joints also disappeared and I felt a greater freedom of movement in my joints the like I haven't felt since I was a youth.

One month later I feel absolutely fantastic. The water has done me a world of good. I have now reduced my intake to 1 half-pint of water twice a day (first thing in the morning and 1 hour before bed). I feel just great. My whole body feels rejuvenated and recharged.
