What are the complete stages of water purification (in exact order) that is accepted by Health Department?

I wanna put up my own "purified water" business but i dont know the exact process. What are the difference between purified & mineral water? what water pressure is required?

Answer: This is what I would reccomend to install for "purified water" First a water softener followed by a commercial reverse osmosis unit...something scalable in case you need more capacity down the road. After the R.O. run it through an ultra-violet unit. this will kill any bacteria. At the bottling point, inject ozone with an ozinator to ensure that no bacterial growth will occor in the bottle. As long as the bottle is sealed, it is good for a couple years.
