Question: What is reverse Osmosis technique of water purification? I have heard about this technique from a marketing executive. I want to know is drinking this water good for health. I have heard that it takes out all the minerals from the water but dont you think these minerals are necessary for the body.
Answer: It is perfectly safe and recommended especially with all the bad things they are finding in our city water. You are correct, RO does remove the minerals and if you are worried about not getting enough minerals well....you do eat food dont you? Calcium from water is not the same calcium you'll find in milk. Or iron in water isnt the "good" iron you need for your body. Anything in the water is bad. TO make things worse, they are now finding traces of drugs in the water. Drugs as in, Tylenol, advil prescription drugs. And FLouride is another myth. This is not good for you! They say we need some sort of flouride for our teeth. but the problem is We are over-dosed in flouride. Its in our toothpast, water, foods its everywhere and its too much. They do not recommend flouride toothpaste to children. http://www.extremewater.ca
